Orders are processed once full payment has been received and cleared.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During sales, product launches or busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

We ship throughout South Africa using trusted courier partners.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier operations:

Major centres: 1–3 business days

Regional and outlying areas: 3–7 business days

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where available.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are based on your delivery location and the size of your order.

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate before completing your order. CORE Wetsuits cannot be held responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays caused by couriers, weather, public holidays or circumstances beyond our control may occur. CORE Wetsuits is not liable for such delays.

Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be missing items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and photographs of the package and products so we can investigate and assist you promptly.
